so basically the adjustment is the pneumatic raising/lowering of the front shock, right?

so basically the adjustment is the pneumatic raising/lowering of the front shock, right?

That is half of it. As the fork lowers it transfers air to a slave cylinder mounted to the rear shock, raising the rear end, resulting in a 5-7 degree change (depending on model) in head and seat tube angles with no change in BB height. It is actuated by one button on the bars and your weight shifting forward or back.
