I know there must be untapped terror reserves sitting far beneath the earth's crust...if we only had some sort of device to get to them...perhaps...a terror drill??

I can see why they wouldn't want to release their piss-poor performance records, but the right people should have them.

ok, i'll play the scheming jihadist who's also reading the story in this scenario: you call up DHS (or whoever has the info) & ask "what will the participants look like, just so i know it's truly a drill?" then, make up a few uni's & other props to blend in when you go to malls & elementary schools & start mowing down the great satan. even go so far as to volunteer to be a "mock" first responder.

this is the season of harvest, ja?
