Why not email Taiwan , there the only ones who know were that thing goes .
I have found that white plastic sleeve in ramdom places on some forks .

Find a regular bushing for the top of your cartrige pumping rod and o mit that plastic sleeve .

It was the weekend and I wanted to get it together. I emailed them but it could take at least a week to get a reply. I'm going to call marzocchi in Valencia.
