New to Santa Barbara looking for info

I have been here on and off for almost a year and have been on the water mostly doing kayaking and swimming. I have a 8spd AC1 with all custom gear mainly oriented to freeride and I am looking for suitable trails to ride in the area. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

There are tons of trails out there. Just go to a local bike shop and ask directions. Just about everything in the area is legal. Front side trails are good, and there is a lot of xc stuff if you're interested in that, but i think most of it just burned. You might have to wait awhile before riding though, not sure if they have opened up the roads on the mountain yet or not
