Hotel at Diablo?

Hey just wanted the heads up on lodging at Diablo. I am finally going to make the venture again with my son 8/11-8/12 to do some riding/filming. I was wondering if anyone had any information on the hotel at the bottom by the parking lot. It looks like a nice place, but is this the best place to stay. My wife will spend most of her time over the weekend in the room so I want to make sure we get her a good place. She isn't much on the riding scene so she'll just make a few passes all weekend long, and another question, if she just does a couple runs is it possible for her to just go up on my downhill bike seems as it will have a lift pass for the day? good place ive been in the rooms visiting people not sleeping there. u can get a 20% discount if you say your riding diablo.

Put the lift pass on ur bike not sumtin else, then she can use it no problem

appalachian is apparently pretty nice a kid i ride with stayed there for dom 2. i had a red eye from california and didn't get home until 2 am on sunday then drove down to diablo. but i'm staying there this weekend. previously i've stayed down at the black creek sanctuary and its awsome. but i think 500 bucks a night.

dude the hotel rocks , try to get a room on the bottem floor so you could stash youe bikes beacuse you cant bring your bike in the rooms and there is a pool so your wife will have somethin todo
