From woody...skinny dippin' anyone?
I'm thinkin' some groms might wanna build a few hips.
am hosting a trail workday and camp out in DuPont State Forest in July. Folks could arrive late afternoon or evening on Friday July 14th. We will work a fairly full day on Sat. working from 9-4. This leaves time for a late afternoon ride and swim before dinner and campfire stories.
Sunday is a play day and free for longer rides and more swimming.
I need a head count of folks so I can plan an appropriate project and have enough tools. If you can not stay both nights, no problems we can accommodate. If you just want to show up for the workday and have no interest in sleeping on the ground, again no worries there. We will however not allow slackers who don't come for the workday to show up Sat. evening to camp and ride on Sunday. Sorry.
This is a unique opportunity to camp in the heart of the forest and have some fun working and riding your favorite trails and showing forest management that mtn bikers are a responsible user group.
I hope we can have a good group for this weekend.
