Can anyone point me in the right direction to find this adapter? My lbs says he doesn't have any idea where to find this part. Am I out of luck?
Here's some photos of the rear setup.
Thanks!!

thats the old school (roughly 5 years old) hayes 22mm chainstay mount.

most brakes owuldnt even work if you had an adaptor cause theres not enouhg room b/w the fram and the chainstay.

best bet is to try and find an older hayes brake with this 22mm caliper...

a rebleed and they'll be as good as new.
they were hte champagne colored ones.

hayes still lists a 22mm to IS on their site...
http://www.hayesdiscbrake.com/product_af_brackets.shtml

but like i said, most bikes couldn't use an adaptor cause there just flat out wasn't enough room b/w the stays...

however, that being said, its like like there might be enouhg space there...

this site also has some down in the adaptor section that look like they might work...

just buy a 22mm hayes caliper. They are still in stock all over the place.

I have one of these 22mm calipers in stock at my shop, and will let it go cheap! Let me know if you are interested, the shop is Bicycle Alley in Worcester, MA and my name is Jarrod. Good Luck and Peace!
