Gold Label II

I have seen people lower a 100mm Gold label II to 80mm, how is that done?

manitou sells a 80mm travel version... that is all

I have a 100 and would like to make it 80...can I do it?

new internals, or try and cut the spring down and add spacers to the height you cutt off the spring. be careful tho it can sometimes blow the rebound shaft thing
