I can't seem to get my fork dialed in and I was just wondering what you guys run as far as settings go (How many clicks of low speed comp., high speed comp., preload, rebound)?

preload is one click from all the way in, and rebound is as stiff as it gets (all the way OUT). I'm 5'10'' 140 lbs. And this is on a Yeti AS-X.
to be honest, I havent messed with the high and low speed compression.

That is a loaded question...
I run my high speed compression maxed out on the "boost" setting which is a much firmer click than the other steps. Low speed compression is pretty much in the middle (lost track of how many turns it is from max or min) and it has gone up and down a click or two without even noticing the difference. I am also using the heaviest spring 3-4 clicks away from max preload.
BUT... I am 200# and riding it like a DH fork. Your settings will almost certainly be completely different.
-145#
-Purple spring
-No preload
-LSC all the way out.
-HSC 1/3 of the way in
-Rebound 4 clicks from full slow
