Forks

I got a scott voltage 2 about 34 days ago. The other day I saw that paint was scratched off the forks.(proably from friction)The forks are Suntour XCM with 100mm of travel.What should be done to properly take care of them.

Where was the paint scratched off? I'm going to go ahead and guess you're talking about the fork sliders (the one-piece part that the wheel attaches to...)....if you hit some branches or rubbed it up against something abrasive, that'll prolly rub some of the paint off. Not really anything to worry about, it happens.

Just make sure you don't scratch up the stanchions (the tubes that go into the fork lowers...), that'll cause problems.
