wacky wheel

my freewheel is not turning centric...it's a little off. Does this mean my hub is warped or is the wheel just not true? Would there be something I need to do to fix this outside of truing the wheel or buying a new wheelset?

They are often off by a little bit. If its a slight waiver, its probably nothing. You might want to check that the body is attached properly though. They've been known to come loose from not being cranked on tightly enough. I've seen a few break too but there should be other symptoms as well like ugly noises.
