noah went down the roll-in a little too hot and washed out on the landing. btw, this is a 6-7' tall steep lip to a hip lander.

i think he eclipsed his previous record height off of that same hip last week. photo by escapeartist. just two more days of school for him and we'll be able to go play almost everyday :thumb:

he made it out with only a small bruise on his ribs but, after three crashes for the day, he called it quits :clapping:

Thats one of the rougher ones I've seen him take. I think that lip rebuild might be why it bucked him like that.

i heard about ur moto-venture today from the xc girl (can't remember her name, cannondale w/ lefty, took a digger on the table a while back)

the lip rebuild wasn't an issue the day it was revamped last week and he was nailing it the other day. i think he just went too high for what he's used to and couldn't hold the front end up....that whole parabola thingy ;)
he was fine on the way out though. oh yeah, i finally dialed in my demo on the jumps, i realized that my bottom out adjustment was all the way out, making it sag too much in the g-out sections of the table and hip. i cranked it all the way in and was boosting both hips like the good 'ole days :thumb:

sam hill...no. she's doesn't like the drinkers much...but there is a slight chance of an affair with lopes maybe ;)

you need to teach him to hip actually..looks like he is straightlining it...i can't wait for afew more years to pass....

he's working on it and has pulled it off a few times but after i played that crash frame by frame i noticed that his hand just came off the bar when he hit. was a pretty hard hit from that high up...but yeah, i've been trying to explain the process to him.
