Hey, I'm not sure if someone already asked this or not, but I was wondering if you can practice on Sunday (when the U.S. open is). I was wondering if you can practice before race, and during the race on different trails. Thanks a lot...

When you say practice, do you mean like freeride on other trails? Your allowed to ride all the mountain on sunday that doesn't go through the race course, but your probably not allowed to ride the course if u didnt qualify

Practice is seperate for Pro and Am

You need a number plate to be let on the course

You can ride the other trails that don't conflict with the race course when practice is not in session

Practice is closed for non-qualifying racers on sunday, only finalists practice

Ok... I just wanted to go to do some freeriding. So let me get this straight, you can freeride all day, even during the race, as long as you don't ride on the race course. Right?!?!

sweet, thanks for your help

one more thing though, do you know what trails the race course runs through (or can you tell me where I can find out).

It's clearly marked off with red tape and every 50 yards or so there is a course Marshall w/ a 2-way radio... I wouldn't worry about accidentally riding onto the course if that's what you are referring to with your inquiry. :)

The course is mostly BMW.

Ok, great, I've been there several times on my hardtail (up at dominion and a few other spots). I just got a downhill bike finally and I might be there, thanks a lot for the help!

PS: I just wanted to know if alpine and stuff was closed, so thanks again.
