Has anyone tried Kenda Kaliente Iron Cloak

I need some cheap, but good tire recommendations...
I found the Kendas on sale for 21.00 - they have the L3R compound (supposed to wear longer) and they are only 190g's. They look decent, just wondering if anyone has tried them?

I usually buy from performance - whatever is on sale. So far I've been through several sets of Vitoria tires (that's usually what's on sale) but they seem to wear quickly.

I need a good cheap training tire that doesn't wear too fast, and puncture resistant.

I'm riding about 100 miles a week, and rotate the tires every 500.

I have a huge (230 or so) guy that runs them and loves them. I haven't tried, but I would go for it. They will likely replace my Rubino Pros, which I don't really care for.
