Give me your best mayo/sammichy chicken salad recipes...

Pickup one of the $7 rotisserie chickens from the grocery store and pluck all the meat off it. Mix with French's Chipotle Gourmayo (http://www.frenchsmustard.com/recipe/frenchs/product_g_cc.jsp?fc=1) and fresh or dried garlic, and a tbsp lemon juice. Add some toasted almonds or a some halved grapes if desired. Sprinkle with paprikia if desired. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.

Curry powder, mayo, lemon juice, diced chicken, apples, raisins, and red onions.
