On the rare occasion I use them, I simply saute with butter and garlic and toss with pasta and a little cheese.

Those are good but hard to find. I have no recipes though :huh:

I just boil them in salted water for 5 minutes, lightly butter, and eat. They'd also be great sauted with garlic, onion, sundried tomato, etc.
