I made some starter two weeks back and use some over the weekend in this pizza dough. I used two tablespoons of starter and no other yeast.

I let the dough sit in the fridge for 24 hours before using it. I also cooked this pie on a mesh screen instead of my usual pizza stone.

The pie cooked for 9 minutes on the middle rack with the oven set at 525.

wasn't too bad tasting......

I took a bite out of it when I pulled it from the oven.....:)

Sounds good, I'll have to try it. I've made pizza dough with beer yeast before. Turned out pretty good.

I forgot to mention this dough was made with PBR (sh*t beer) for liquid. I just made another dough lastnight using Redhook something for the liquid and 1/4 cup of the sourdough starter.

I usually use buttermilk for liquid but since I'm using sourdough starter, I've changed to other forms of liquid. I'm sure I'll end back up with water some day..

No sauce and just onions though?

There is sauce. The dough was really thin so I kept the sauce to a minimum...
