Literally!

That is the last time I let it go so long without riding. I felt so bad that my baby was dusty that I took it out on a 40 mile spin. Felt so good to get some free[wheeling]dom in the legs after riding fixed for the past 5 months.

Did an out and back along the southern edge of Lake Ontario outside of Rochester, NY. Beautiful ride, inspiring.

Bike is a 1999 Schwinn Pelaton Pro, full DA steel road bike. I really should get some pictures.
