what if i wanted to change the steerer tube on my 888 go ride low crowns? are they compatible with the standard marzocchi steerer tubes?
or do i have to order a new steerer tube directly from go-ride?

i know the crowns come with a steerer, but i need i new one because mine is too short

Aww crap! Bummer. Good luck.
The steerer is pressfitted in the go-ride crown and not replaceable to my knowledge. You'd have to buy a new lower crown assembly if you wanted a longer steerer.
Alternatively, risse 888 crowns are cheaper (perhaps a little nastier) and have a replaceable steerer.

They are definitely pressed in. If it's cut too short, then you need to buy a new lower crown/steer tube. So far as being compatible with the Marz steer tube, if you mean running a Marz lower/steer tube, with a go-ride upper crown, you can do that.

They are pressed in however that doesn't mean they are necessarily non replaceable. That needs to be looked into. As far as compatibility with a marz steertube, I believe they actually are actual marz steer tubes not some cheap knock off!!

Uh...Art have you ever taken a fork off of a bike? The steerer is attached to the lower crown my man. The Go-Ride crown set comes with a steerer.

not i only have i actually taken a fork off a bike, but i also already replaced a steerer tube for a new one on a friend's shiver crowns... so i know how to do it with the appropriate tools, what i do not know is if go-ride uses marz-like steerers or not
thanks for your help
