I cant get a good set up on the 5th Element. I'm 170lbs, have about 2 hours total on DH bikes. Where do I start for Air Pressure, and rebound? Sag?

I can't comment on Sunday-specific settings, but, generally, I'd start with the air pressure at the lowest setting that Progressive recommends (I forget what that is at the moment). The rebound on 5ths is usually really slow, so err on the fast side there. When I ran one, I had maybe one turn of rebound. High speed compression was also almost all the way open. I would give it maybe 2-3 turns of low speed, but not much more. Sag for DH bikes is generally in the 33-40% range, so start there. Try with no preload, see where you are and add preload until you get it right.
Really, there's no one answer for this stuff, so you have to experiment.
Is there something specifically on the 5th that you don't like right now? I have a fairly good understanding of how the tuning works on them (as do others here) so if you gave a bit more info, that might help.

Hey Fast Times thanks for the info. I'll reset the shock to the factory Sunday Tune and go from there. Hopefully the rain stops and I can hit Skyline later in the week. As soon as I figure out how to get the wheel off the Boxxer, to put on new tires.!
