My wife and I ate at a vegetarian restaurant last night and I ordered a soy platter. I had never has such great food! They actually made the soy have a tougher texture then the Tofu I'm used to.
Has anybody ever had this stuff? Aubrey kept calling it meat and I said "NO it's tofu" but we both agreed it was good!!!

I have NO idea what you're talking about. I was going to ask the lady but there was a communication barrier.

it could have been wheat glute too but that isnt soy so it doesnt make sense. It also could have been deep fried tofu. Frying it makes it a lot tougher than steaming it or putting it in soup.
