stripped bolts and fork

ok...well i stripped some bolts on my chain guide and was wonderin if anybody has any tips to get them out...also i can buy an 05 boxxer just rebuilt for like 325$ do you think i should buy it..oh yea i currently have a drop off triple

you will need something like this, and a drill.

what boxxer is it and if you have a dremmel cut a slot in the bolt and use a flat head screwdrive to get it out.
