has any one here ridden the trails at heritage park in athens,GA
I've got a race there in two week's and would like to know what to expect.

that place is ok. it can be a fast course depending on what they do with it from time to time. i haven't raced there in a while but the way it is typically laid out is you'll do a lap around the starting area then down the fire road to the trail. it goes from being double track to single track a second. gotta watch out for that first section, go in a bit to fast you could wash out. come out of that onto a very fast decent turn right at the bottom into another section of single track. it goes like that for most of the race. tight sections of single track linked together by fire roads. it's a fun course when you're riding well, but not so fun if you lackin the goods.
