Smallest chainring in race profiles?

i have a race profile cranks, and im thinking to buy the new Khe freecoaster hub, but that hub comes only in 11t, so i need a smaller chainring ( actually i have a 30t ring) and as i know, 25t or less need special cranks, or im wrong?
