Hi, I've got little problem because I can't determine which spring would be the most suitable for me. I have DHX and Demo and I weigh something about 60KG (132.28 pounds) . Would you recomend 400lbs or 450lbs? Or maybe an entirely other one? Thanks for answer in advance. Cheers. :)

I think a 400lb would be enough for a lightweight. What are you using now?

I'd say it depends on how you ride, and what your personal preference is, obviously is you want to have it a little stiffer in the rear (no pun intended) you'd wanna go with the 450, but thats just me talking...I really don't know how much 50 lbs on a spring makes a dif, im a noob when it comes to that stuff

I'm 210lbs (95kg). I was riding on a 400# and found it waayyy to squishy and I often bottomed out. Moved up to the 550#, and found it a little stiff. The 500# is just right.
Moral of the story, get one, and try it out. Start off with the 400#, if it's too stiff, drop to the 350#, too squish, try 450# etc.... Springs are relativly inexpensive compared to the shock, and besides spare parts are cool!

Use a spring calculator like this one.... http://www.tftunedshox.com/springcalc.htm
