I'll second - joining an IMBA affiliate and joining IMBA are two different things. BBTC pays dues to IMBA as a club membership; you could pay dues to IMBA as an individual.

Actually BBTC is more closely affiliated with the Hells Angels. But don't narc us out to Homeland Security, or we'll have to snuff you.
