Any good trails near Kingston Ontario?

I go up to Kingston several times a summer and I'd love to find a nearby place to cross country ride for a couple of hours.

I'd like to find something within 40 minutes of Kingston or the Sydenham/Verona area (I visit both places). Fun technical single-track is preferred, but I'll take anything.

theres this place called lemoines point or something that i used to go to when i was a kid. thats all i can think of.
