Any monkies know of a great place to get a 500 lb X 3.25 ti-spring (For as little as possible). And is it worth eating ramen noodles for a month?

Doh,,,, Damn. I will look.
Is it worth it?
well since Ti springs last for ever and can never bind. buying a used Ti spring is probably your best choice
edit, you also want to state what shock its for. avy and romic springs fit eachother. but a fox on a avy does not.
5th element, fox, and manitou all seem to fit each other fine though
and you need a 500x3.0. fox just makes the steel coils a bit longer so you can't bind them as fast. as many people do over pre-load them

Is this Fox a DHX? You will have the best luck by giving MOJO in the UK. a call.

Give Renton Coil Center a call. I dont know their number. Just google them, they are in Washington State.
any local bike shop should be able to get it. BTI sells them

Mojo are selling springs at 230 pounds (money pounds not weight pounds), that's an expensive spring!
dropnzone can do rcs ones for $189 or manitou ones for $210.
the manitou/progressive ones are lighter than the rcs ones... but either way, that's the best price i've seen on both.

I run a 400 lb with 155 lbs of air and the bottom out 1 turn from full in

Serious? Doesn't that make the first few inches of travel too stiff? I guess that would make it more linear. I run a 500 with 135psi and the bottom out 1 turn in and either no or 1 click on the ProPedal. I think I weight about 25# more than both of you though (185#).
