And I couldn't give a toss for the royal family, but this smacks of an attempt to cover up. No doubt we'll get another establishment whitewash.

Mohamed Al Fayed has been asked for evidence showing that his son Dodi and Princess Diana were murdered in a plot involving the royal family.
Baroness Butler-Sloss, who will hear inquests into the deaths, is deciding whether Prince Charles and Prince Philip will be called as witnesses.

Harrods boss Mohamed Al Fayed won a High Court ruling on Friday that the inquests should be heard before a jury.

The decision overturned a ruling by deputy royal coroner Lady Butler-Sloss that she would sit alone.

But Lady Butler-Sloss told the court she felt a delay would be "very hard on the families".

A. Wasn't the driver drunk?

2. Doesn't your royal family have a very long history of power through assassination?

apart from questions for the p.m. (seen on c-span2 sun nites), or unless another bomb kills a busload of people, i'm not really paying attention to the u.k.

you people kill me: you had one cute chick (sans badonkadonk) who dies tragically & you get the vapors. for us it's an average wednesday.

I wish they would, and successfully too.

This is not about the royal family it is about the abuse of judicial power and about hypocrisy. A six month delay causing distress for the family? It's been ten ****ing years so far.

Ooo, bless the baronesses little heart, she's the most empathic person Brittain has. Not like the rest of you lot, hyenas you are.

I love the nobility (and I don't mean them fake Dukes and Kings you had in the US), I read about them all the time in the tabloids, feels like I know them.
