Saw this on "Boy Meets Grill" the day and decided to make it last night.

I added 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne to the potatoes and the marinade.
Served with some nice bread.
It was great. I might add a touch more vinegar next time but other wise spot on.
And I have a feeling that the leftovers are going to be awesome.
