Looks kind of heavy, but nice. That being said, I don't run the lightest XC bike myself :)

The Pike has to add a few pounds, but it's a great fork. Looks like that thing can haul down hill, and if it can climb like you said than you're set!

sub 28 i think. lemme weight them again. it really depends on the tire im using...... right now its on hutchinson tires and i changed the stem to 100mm with lighter weight and also the cogs..... now its 8speed xt and xt shifters

@vtjim yeah, i've ridden it last saturday on uphill and downhill trails....... its really good. pike gives no headache except for my tires hutchinson scorpion.... or maybe its just too narrow coz its only 2.0. i'll try to install 2.35 and give you feed back if there's a great experience

My Pike Air is damn light, probably not a whole lot heavier than your Revelation, if any...
Though I don't have U-Turn...

I run a 2.3 in the front and a 2.1 in the rear and it works out pretty well for me.

Oh yeah? I always had the thought in mind that it was a heavy fork. Live and learn.
