quick ipod rca video ?tion

baaaaa, i now have a baaaaa 5.5g video ipod baaa.

anyway some day i want to hook it up to a lcd in my car
so i can watch stuff while camping. i see two ways of doing it.
right now i have headphone jack or RCA hooked to my OEM vw
