Program to decompress .rar files?

I just downloaded a pretty good chunk of music, but its still compressed in .rar format, I want to decompress it to the regular files, but the few programs I found were loaded with spyware and a bunch of other useless stuff. So what do the other :monkey:'s around here use?

where are you downloading from that your RAR extraction program is fully of spyware???
