Mangled front chain ring replacement?

Over about the last 3 years of riding the front chain rings on my crank have become severely mangled nearly beyond the point of use since i dont have a bashguard. Id really hate to have to buy a whole new crank set so... First off i was wondering how to remove the crank arms on a truvativ x-flow? and how would i go about replacing the rings?

poo, the only one on the page w/o removable chain rings is the x-flow, awell.

been wantin to steer towards an XT or XTR crank anyway.
