i got a bighit pro yesturday and it has the 05 66 rc fork 170mm i soppuse but it shows about 23" axle to crown...and some other forks im seeing isnt but around 21 1/2 to 22.....but when im pedaling up a hill or stand up to pedal it feels like im humpin my damn handle bars, Is it just the way a big hit is with a 24" tire ...or is it the forks has messed up my head angle...i have the opportunity to get a 07 transition dirtbag frame.. if i do and just swap my fork will it be better than the big hit feel when im standing up or pedaling

what if i just get the transition dirtbag with a 26" rear wheel and use my same fork....will the head angle and geomatry be better than the big hit with a 24" wheel or will it still feel raked a lil ?...i onyl got enough money to either get the front fork, or get a new frame and id like to get a new frame but i dont wanna spend tha money and yet my frotn end stil be raked

Get a Dirtbag. Awesome bikes. Transition is blowing the frames out directly from warehouse for 699.

the 05 66's were really tall, the 06 and newer 66's are 40mm shorter. the 888 w/ flat crowns and 200mm of travel is shorter than your fork.

the dirt bag will be ok with your fork.

im with them on the DB. better frameset imo. and joelsman, i thought the diff between 05-06 was 20mm?
