Changing Springs in a Monster T

I've got an '04 Monster T with the factory medium springs, I've get the stiffer springs ready to go in, but I have no idea how to do the change. I can't seem to find any instructions or manuals online. I don't think Marzocchi gives them out. Can someone give me some info on where I can find instruction or how to do the swap?

If your not sure what your doing it will be best to take it down your LBS and get them to sort it for you.

DONT do it. its not hard but if you are asking these questions its better to take it to your lbs

True, thanks for the replies. The fork is brand new, so it would probably not be a good idea to chance it.
