Any steps on studing tires maybe lengths or screw or how to prevent holes in the tubes.

put a bunch of screws in the tred and cover the heads up with duct tape

Screw length depends on the tire you're using, but 3/8 to 1/2 inch should do it for a tire with nice tread on it. Cover the screw heads by cannibalizing an old tube, slit it around the inside diameter and slip the good tube inside. Duct tape would work too if you used enough.
