Hey I am about to switch to clipless pedals and I have narrowed it down to 2 pedals, the candies and the aliums. Which ones should I get?
Thanks

similar engagement but the candies are lighter and shed mud better.

Candies are good.

I like Aliums better. Tons of miles on Times with one bent spring. I have warranted two pairs of CB pedals in the month I have been at the shop. I have seen many broken eggs. I have seen two broken Time Atacs.
I am biased as I own six pairs of various Atacs that have seen welll over 10000 miles combined.

I've honestly heard good things about both. Some people complain about unclipping too easily from the Candies. I ride in mud, and jar my feet/pedals during rides a lot, but have never come unclipped.

I too am bias, but I love my Time pedals. I have them on all of my bikes (except DH) and have never had a problem with them.
