What can I do with this hub?

I've got a single speed hub on the way, but in the meantime I thought i would ask more about my current hub.

What can I do with this? is my only option for SS to get a kit from Gusset?

All kinds of options. If it's just to get you by until your new hub arrives, then go for the PVC or hit your LBS and ask if they have any dead cassettes you can have to harvest the spacers from.

If you're looking to keep it and want to do it right then you should look into some of the SS spacer kits that are available. Gusset is one, but it would probably be at the bottom of my list due to limitations on chainline adjustability. Go for something like the Endless Fibonacci Spacers (http://www.endlessbikes.com/products/components/spacers.html), Surly SS Spacers (http://aebike.com/page.cfm?PageID=30&action=details&sku=FW9999), or the Spot One Shot (http://www.webcyclery.com/product.php?productid=16451&cat=402&page=1) spacer kit.
