Damn some how riding my commuter bike on the burke gilman trail I f'd up...

I was talking to my new lady friend and some how went over the bars and took my handle bars to my chest...

I think I broke a rib or my zyphoid process... this is really really embarasing...

g'damn skinny tires! g'damn clip in pedals! I feel like an idiot

i'm ok.... I got xrayed this morning... I just bruised myself... I think I will not be talking on the cell and riding anymore... I just bruised my ego is all...
