The Fats in the Cats Bicycle Club is organized with the following purpose:
To Promote and coordinate continuing and increased mountain bicycling opportunities within the greater Hudson Valley Region including the Catskill Mountain Forest Preserve;
To organize trail maintenance efforts within the cycling community and to coordinate and promote regional recreational bicycling opportunities;
To promote education of recreational cyclists for not only safe and enjoyable, but ecologically and environmentally responsible outdoor experience.
