Besides, it's not a presidential election... it's just a congressional election in the midterm of a lame duck presidency.

If the dems win a slight majority, I'm sure it will be reversed in 2008.

I thought about that. It may be a good thing if the asshat GOP stays in power for a couple more years...

A few more scandals here and there would give the Dems a lock in 08.

what's the facination with exit polls anyway... they have been WRONG so much of the time in recent elections, why would anyone care what they say?

Interestingly, the degree to which they have been wrong in recent elections is MUCH higher than it has ever been historically and statistically almost impossible...
