How to stay fit and ride motivated during the winter? Join the Winter-Cup!

On Nov. 6th starts this years "Winter-Cup" - it was already running
during the past five winters in germany and every year thousands of
bikers took part...

It is an online contest which motivates you to do more sports during
winter in order to stay fit.

How does it work?
Everytime you do some kind of sports, you can enter some information about it afterwards on the website - depending on the duration of your ride you gets points (1 hour cycling equals 4 points)... So you start collecting points. There is a league and you can see if you are doing well or not.

In addition you can found a team (e.g. "Team Ridemonkey") of five members (maximum) and collect points together. If you want to do sports during winter this will give you "group pressure" and you will end up finding yourself riding your bike even during the most awkward weather conditions...

You also get user and group statistics with neat graphs, cake diagrams etc...

The Winter-Cup starts on monday (= today) and lasts until the last
week of march.

Stay fit and motivated during the winter!
