Went to Winterberg yesterday for the last trip of the year, weather was good to us and the mudd was nice and sticky!
I have posted some pics on our local forum, no pro shots but it was a fun day.

That is pretty freakin cool. Wish there was something like that near where I lived. Maybe I wouldn't suck at jumping so much.

I agree that the fun park is cool...and yes my jumping also sucks so that is why I prefer the DH run.

Im going to Winterberg tomorrow morning. Hope the weather stays dry.

Heres a little movie from me from the beginning of this season, how are the adjustments in the DH track? I heard they put some little doubles in, any fun?

I love the fun park at winterberg, but i do spend most my time on the dh track, its soo cool with the lift system being so effective, you can do like 40+ runs in a day=)... The slopestyle contest that was held there in the middle of the summer was sick, very nice riding.
Some of my friends from Denmark was in winterberg this weekend and also had a very nice time, ill post some pics when they come up!

Its a great place for all kind og mountainbiking, the NS tracks are actualy also pretty fun (im not a big fan normaly)

The DH run is great, and getting better by the week as it's changed every time we went this year. The two jumps at the top are not that big, but loads of roots to fugger you up in the turns/landings.

Went riding yesterday and the track has improved a lot imo with the new sections...
2 nice doubles, not big but fun anyways, and they actually imported some big ass rocks to form a little rockgarden kind of step down jump in stead of the lame mini roadgap thingy they had before.
Now all they have to do is change middle part with the little drops so you dont have to brake everywhere so you dont overjump it and theyve got themselves a pretty sweet DH track.
Also heard that next year theres gonna be a iXS race in Winterberg again...
Any monkeys going?
