like the big betty, nice. they are a great tire.

smaller seat, and stem would save you 200g

looks like a drop crown would be better suited for you. other than that, nice looking bike.

change out the bar/stem to something lighter and get a ti spring. other than those, there isn't too much

scratch the 5th and get a Rocco air, you should be able to lose more then a lb

Cranks, chainguide, bar/stem, seat, cut seat post, no spacers on fork, ti spring, tubeless or XC tubes.

Change out the frame for a Nomad then you can XC / pedal even better.

It'd have to be about 14.5". I'm running the same year model fork, with a flat crown set at the same height, and mine is 14.5

How did this turn into how to loose weight and I would much rather spend money on suspension upgrades like a dhx and new boxxer then save a few pounds.

I do agree that it's better to upgrade the suspension for the future.. That's for sure.. I want the new boxxer team or WC and a Fox DHX Air would be nice!

I was just wondering/dreamin' how to save some weight on the other components.. nothing special..
