Just as long as you don't reverse the order. You have to be a murderer before you sodomize...

It would be cheaper crusing around looking for traffic fatalities than trying to pick up chicks at a bar.

Not if you only gave the corpse a blowjob. That's what all the teen girls do these days.

And if they aren't dead, they might be unconscious or paralyzed.

I'm glad we can speak openly here. I had some people call me a sick ****er last weekend when I told them I wanted to make baby shaped tofu loafs for those people who thought babies looked tasty. Really in the end I am just trying to save the real babies from getting eaten.

so who takes up the cause for this soon-to-be crime (assuming legislation against it successfully goes through)? not pro-life groups. are there altruistic necrophiles who find this desecration absolute, not just subject to religious edicts? i'd imagine those still rabidly burning a torch for terri schiavo could be easily persuaded.

from the msnbc story:The Rev. John Norder, pastor of St. Charles Catholic Church and a friend of the Tennessen family, called the "whole thing a weird situation" and said the defendants should seek counseling.when the catholic church is telling you to seek help for your sexual deviancy, you know you have problems.

Say what you want about pedophile priests, they don't stoop so low as to molest dead young boys. That would be immoral.

update, decision upheld upon appeal:

Court: Corpse Sex Not Illegal In Wisconsin (http://www.northcountrygazette.org/news/2007/07/27/corpse_sex/)

in a unanimous decision, no less.

Radke told police that the three had stopped at a Wal-Mart on the way to the cemetery to buy condoms. Too bad really, cuz I'd love to see some zombie babies take on Chucky.

Court: Wisconsin law bans sex with dead bodies (http://www.postcrescent.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20080709/APC0101/80709067/1979)

this'll just push corpsebuggery back into the closet

isn't this a flavor of double-jeopardy?The ruling reinstates third-degree attempted sexual assault charges against twin brothers Nicholas and Alexander Grunke and Dustin Radke, all 22. The charges carry a punishment of up to 10 years in prison.

didn't read the article, but if the court made that decision, then they can (and probably will) be charged. the court doesn't make laws, they only interpret the law... so, in effect, the court is interpreting the law to say that it's been illegal all along.

if the legislature had changed the law, *then* it would be ex post facto.

Ah yes. I didn't read the article either, until now.

So, apparently, in Wisconsin the definition of person is becoming a little wider...

It'll get overturned eventually.
