The Bush effect on local election races

I noticed that the Cali Democratic Party are running plenty of ads showing Schwarzenegger supporting Bush during his reelection.

I wonder if Bush will drag down many governors and senators this election season?

What's sad is his approval rating is up last I checked. So maybe he can boost Reps
