well the answer is ofcourse the 66, but for your dakar I would go for the nixon or z1

oh so, 66 on a Dakar xlt? it would be adding 20mm of dravel with a 66 should that be too much of a problem

my '05 66rc is a great match for the heckler and i DH/FR with it quite a bit... rode it all day at diablo yesterday.
here's an old pic of my setup (now with E.13 DRS guide, SIC race bar, and 50mm thomson stem):

T-Pro is extremely trustworthy as well... neither one of them would steer you wrong, or sell you junk. Straight up these guys are on the level, so if you have a hankering for the fork, rest assured, its in better than working condition.

yeah but isnt yours 170mm that may be a little to big for my bike, and the fork is worthless if i dont have a front wheel to go with it.
oh stonysnake, is your 66 150mm or 170mm?
