This morning, no coffee, woozy and sluggish. By lunch time I already took a nap, but still the same.

I had a 16oz for lunch, and now I feel fine.

Addict?

Addicted is when you have headaches if you don't have any.
Once I found that out,I make sure I never go without these days. ;)

I did nap between my two feeding periods. I don't normally when I have had my morning cup...

I am not going to a Narcotic Anonymous meeting and have Bob Saget tell us his drug tales....

Caffeine withdrawal is massive headaches that go away within about 5 minutes of a coffee or softdrink. You have no addiction.

I on the other hand, cannot function due to massive headaches without a coffee within an hour of getting up.

I'm with transcend If I don't have my coffee by a certain time I cannot function due to the killer headache. But due to my schedule it's not a "morning" coffee, if I don't have it by 1330hrs I end up with a headache and up sleeping the afternoon away.

Damn, kids. I love coffee and espresso and all that, but I deliberately do not drink it all the time so I do not become addicted.

I drink coffee daily and somewhat religiously, but have never experienced any negative effects if I miss a few days. Maybe I'm immune to the addictive properties.......
