4th night in a row for fish...hey, it's good for you, right?

pan-seared/oven-finished salmon, a bit of soy and sesame oil splashed on it while on the stovetop.

put over a bed of watercress and arugula.

side dish was sauteed green beans, w/ bacon and portobello mushrooms.

rye bread on the side, sterling pinot noir in the glass.
